系統描述：

TIP 450E 溫度監測熱成像系統可提供實時的石膏板表面成像，顯示停留在干燥機上的每一塊石膏板的熱成像情況，提供石膏板質量的綜合信息數據。

TIP 450E 溫度監測熱成像系統還提供實時圖表和歷史趨勢圖表，幫助用戶準確地了解石膏板的干燥超時情況。

來自眾多專業石膏板生產企業使用TIP450E 系統的經驗表明，通過使用TIP450E 熱平衡監測系統提供的數據，可及時、迅速調整干燥工藝流程。經過優化、可以節約5%的燃料，并將流程速度提高了6%，并大大降低廢品率、幫助操作員**管理快速干燥工藝流程。

TIP450E 系統由四個主件構成：

主控箱
MP50 紅外掃描熱成像系統
遠端輸入/輸出組件
固定的紅外單點測溫探頭

主控箱
包括軟件、個人計算機、觸摸屏監視器、電源、數據采集電子儀器設備、現場線路終端等。主控箱建議位于干燥機操作員容易看見的地方，以方便操作人員調整干燥機的處理工藝。

MP50 紅外掃描測溫儀
安裝在小型保護箱體中，箱體下部開有掃描口，該箱體位于石膏板的傳送帶上方。

遠端輸入/輸出組件
此組件被用于干燥機的出版信號控制，小型DIN 插腳被安裝于橫桿吊閘的信號輸入/輸出箱內。

固定的紅外單點測溫探頭
用來監視干燥機出口干燥機石膏板的溫度。TIP450E 專用的操作軟件中通過該點溫探頭所測的溫度數據來補償周邊溫度變化。紅外單點測溫探頭被安裝在重型機伸縮臂的內部。
